Milk collected by integrated dairies was 736 thousand 965 tonnes
The amount of collected cow's milk in November increased by 1.2% when compared to the same month of the previous year

In January-November period increased by 3.8% when compared to the same period of the previous year. In November, the average fat rate of cow's milk collected by integrated dairies was 3.5%, the average rate of protein was 3.2%.

In November, drinking milk production by integrated dairies increased by 7.5% and became 138 thousand 319 tonnes when compared to the same month of the previous year. In January-November period, drinking milk production increased by 10.9% and became 1 million 472 thousand 222 tonnes when compared to the same period of the previous year.

In November, yoghurt production by integrated dairies decreasing by 6.4% and became 83 thousand 745 tonnes when compared to the same month of the previous year. In January-November period, decreased by 2.3% and became 1 million 23 thousand 884 tonnes when compared to the same period of the previous year.

In November, while mixed milk cheese (cheese production obtained from which includes sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk) increasing by 189%, skimmed milk powder production increasing by 11.2% ,cream production increasing by 8.4%, cheese production from cow's milk increasing by 7% and butter production increasing by 4.8%, whole milk powder production decreased by 13.2% and drink made of yoghurt (ayran) production decreased by 26.5% when compared to the same month of the previous year. 

According to the January-November period of the previous year, while cheese production from cow's milk increasing by 9.9%, whole milk powder production increasing by 8.7%, cream production increasing by 7.5%, butter production increasing by 5.9% and skimmed milk powder production increasing by 5.4%, mixed milk cheese (Cheese production obtained from which includes sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk) decreased by 4.4% and drink made of yoghurt (ayran) production decreased by 15%.
