Turkish inflation rises slower than expected to reach 79.6% in July

Turkey's annual inflation rose at a slower-than-expected pace in July but still neared 80%, official data showed Wednesday, as global energy and commodity costs continue to weigh on prices

A change in general index was realized in consumer price index (CPI) on the previous month by 2.37%, on December of the previous year by 45.72%, on same month of the previous year by 79.60% and on the twelve months moving averages basis by 49.65% in July 2022.
