Hulusi Tezcan is an adaptive business generalist, a business-technology facilitator and strategic team leader with thirty plus years of "from the trenches" expertise focused on identifying businesses needs and matching them with the necessary expert resources to excel and thrive, working with a “skin in the game “ philosophy and mindset with early-stage entrepreneurs and established companies in building partnerships, helping raise capital, commercializing ideas and concepts, and helping them execute.
He a great career in the telecom industry for over a decade. Started his first business in 1976/77 and created his first startup in '88, helped improve the intellectual capital of numerous businesses since the early 90's, built a telecom startup in '93 and successfully exited it in '01.
Hulusi Tezcan completed a variety of projects and served as an operating advisor and consultant for companies in telecommunications, CPG, manufacturing, technology, industrial services and government entities since the '80s. He has been intimately involved in the success of hundreds of startups as an advisor and mentor, many through his work at Startup Port.
